Refund policy

If you change your mind and decide you do not want your order, please let us know first! Your bank can not process refunds, filing a dispute with your card company is NOT a refund and only causes grief for everyone. The following are steps to avoid this: 1) If you cancel prior to us shipping, we will cancel and refund from our end.  2) If your order has already shipped and or you have received it and no longer need it, please leave your box closed, write "REFUSED" and return to your local Post Office. We will issue a refund as soon as we receive your return.  3) If you have opened your box, please email us to make arrangements to return. Once we receive your return, we will refund.

"Change of mind" returns are accepted within 60 days of purchase. Returns must be in unused and in new condition for a full refund. 

10 Year Manufacture Warranty on all E-Z Frame Brackets if installed correctly and per instructions. Warranty does not include lumber and cover materials.
