Please allow up to 7 to 10 days to process and ship your orders. However, in most cases orders are shipped out must faster and there in a matter of days. All orders are shipped via usps priority mail with signature required unless specified otherwise. Please make sure you are available to receive. If your tracking shows it is out for delivery and you have not received a notification tag from your carrier, please check with your local Post Office or email us so we are able to help you locate it. If you change your mind and decide you do not want your order, please let us know first! Your bank can not process refunds, filing a dispute with your card company is NOT a refund and only causes grief for everyone. The following are steps to avoid this: 1) If you cancel prior to us shipping, we will cancel and refund from our end. 2) If your order has already shipped and or you have received it and no longer need it, please leave your box closed, write "REFUSED" and return to your local Post Office. We will issue a refund as soon as we receive your return. 3) If you have opened your box, please email us to make arrangements to return. Once we receive your return, we will refund.
